The Art Director collaborates with other agency disciplines to create memorable, results-oriented marketing campaigns.  They craft cutting-edge campaign ideas and executions across a range of media units and marketing experiences .The ideal candidate will:

  • be experienced creating campaigns for specific digital media, ranging from brand sites and social channels to long-form videos, online advertisements, client presentations and more.

  • be able to adapt their ideas to fit the character and tone of different brands, and strive to continually evolve and grow each brand's look, feel and personality

  • be able to juggle multiple projects, and work closely with clients and internal teams to play a lead role in everything from initial ideation to the final product

  • pay close attention to latest digital trends, inspire co-workers, play well with others and tirelessly produces winning concepts

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of art direction experience in an agency setting

  • Strong understanding of UI design principles and methodologies

  • Advanced working knowledge and capabilities with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant web and graphic tools

  • Has a working knowledge of HTML, capabilities of browsers and other user-centered design constraints within mobile and desktop environments

  • An ability to effectively communicate, and collaborate

  • Online portfolio with engaging designs is required for consideration

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience (digital design, graphic design, advertising)
