The Associate Creative Director, Art (ACD) partners with other internal and external stakeholders to create engaging, memorable, results-oriented advertising. You'll be responsible for conceptual thinking and creating a range of ideas for projects across social and digital channels, delivering work for Client presentations and the end consumer. As an ACD you have a strong working knowledge of brand development, online advertising, social media, interactive commerce and an overall knowledge of creative process. You can inspire others to exceed expectations and strive to continually evolve and grow each brand's look, feel and personality. You will report to the Creative Director, and will be considered their “right hand” many times, stepping in to assist on large projects or brands, mentoring, or as the sole lead on smaller projects. You are a master of design, who can also come up with the “big idea” with or without the help of a Copywriter partner.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Has knowledge of social platforms, social landscape, digital media outlets, with experience creating work for all the above
Is responsible for creating brand-on, compelling creative digital and social campaigns for assigned clients
Will inspire and motivate creative teams, leading by example to foster the highest caliber work
Has directed all phases of creative work for major account (s) from concept through production
Serves as creative lead and help Creative Directors manage teams on major accounts
Can work collaboratively and lead cross-discipline teams of various levels of seniority
