ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR - DIGITAL ART/DESIGN

The Associate Creative Director will partner with many stakeholders to create memorable, results-oriented digital experiences. You must be a conceptual thinker. Be able to create a range of ideas for projects across digital channels, delivering work for Client presentations and much more. As an Associate Creative Director — and a team leader — you must be well-versed in digital app and service design; online advertising; interactive commerce; and brand development. Someone who consumes ideas and visuals for every nook and cranny of life, and injects them into your creative process. Be able to inspire others to exceed expectations and strive to continually evolve and grow each brand's look, feel and personality. Day-to-day, you'll report to the Executive Creative Director, and will be considered their “right hand” many times, stepping in to lead on large projects or brands and mentoring a growing team.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Can inspire and motivate a creative team; and be accountable for developing and directing creative work of the highest caliber with their team
  • Confidently presents content and proposed executions to internal teams and clients
  • Is responsible for creating on-brand, compelling creative digital experiences for assigned clients
  • Can work collaboratively to lead cross-discipline teams of various levels of seniority and is excited by the opportunity to consult directly with clients and their internal teams.
  • Creates and maintains a high energy level with assigned Junior Creatives
  • Truly “owns” the assigned accounts; feels accountable for their (and the team's) success

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience
  • Visual design or art direction background
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital experience design (mobile + desktop apps; content and landing pages) for marketing clients
  • Experience in Consumer and B2B
  • Portfolio of applicable work
  • Excellent presentation skills that foster and develop existing and new client relationships
  • Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills
