The Copywriter creates memorable, results-oriented advertising. The Copywriter is a skilled writer, able to craft compelling copy that's tailored to fit within specific digital channels, ranging from brand sites and social channels to long-form videos, online advertisements, Client presentations and more. The Copywriter must be able to adapt their writing to fit the character and tone of different brands, and strive to continually evolve and grow each brand's presences and personality.

Being an exceptional writer, however, is just the beginning. The Copywriter must be able to juggle multiple projects, and work closely with clients and internal teams to play a lead role in everything from initial ideation to the final product. The Copywriter pays close attention to latest digital trends, inspires co-workers, plays well with others and tirelessly produces winning concepts.

Skills, Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Crafts inspired copy across all digital channels, from brand site work to social channels, long-form video and beyond
  • Tirelessly solves problems and provides multiple creative solutions for each and every project, be it a one-off online advertisement or the start of a large, new campaign
  • A confident voice in brainstorm/concept meetings, able to come up with breakthrough solutions to real problems
  • Is passionate about all forms of advertising and stays current with the latest trends and winning campaigns
  • Plays an active role in helping create breakthrough Client presentations
  • Works in a close-knit creative partnership with Art Directors/Designers/Copywriters of all levels to generate winning concepts and ideas
  • Well-organized, balances multiple simultaneous projects quickly and efficiently
  • Understands and is able to articulate the limitations and possibilities of the space. Makes intelligent recommendations to meet specific marketing objectives
  • Good knowledge of art, design, graphics, UI and typography – and displays a continued interest in learning more about these subjects
  • Provides new ways of approaching problems and solutions using existing technology. Also articulates and leads the development of new technology to solve specific problems
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Able to clearly present and articulate work during internal reviews
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Work Experience:

  • 2+ years of copywriting experience in advertising, direct marketing, promotion or publishing
  • Digital Copy experience is highly preferred
  • Experience across all digital channels is highly preferred
  • Online portfolio with engaging designs is required for consideration
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
