As a Copywriter Intern, you will be assigned tasks that challenge and motivate you to think outside the box. We believe hard work and focus are what it takes to truly value the unique experience of helping to create award-winning work on assignments for world-renowned clients.

You will not be fetching coffee or taking lunch orders. We have bigger plans for you. As part of the Organic Hot House, you will be involved in every aspect of daily work life. From brainstorming the next big creative idea to developing a timeline for a site launch to working with cross-functional teams and developing strategies for our clients, we will be keeping you busy! 

70% of your week will be working on actual “Organic client work,” with 30% of your week dedicated to an assigned group project.  You will have exposure to Executive Leadership and have mentors that will guide you daily.


Can work with cross-function team to develop and execute each project's creative components.You'll brainstorm and summarize the project idea, and create copy that brings the components to life.This may include banner ads, emails, site copy, social media posts and much more.


  • Undergraduate students in their junior or senior year
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must be able to work 35–40 hours/week
  • Must provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship
  • Must be available during the timeframe of the internship (June 4th – August 10th)
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Must currently be enrolled in a college writing program (such as journalism, creative writing, English, etc.)
  • Required for consideration: writing samples
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word
  • Candidates should demonstrate an ability write and edit in a variety of tones for different audiences
  • Familiar with front end web technologies: HTML, CSS, JS
