A Senior Project Manager (Delivery) within our digital agency is responsible for the management of multiple digital advertising projects from kick-off to completion. It's their job to ensure each project is delivered on-time, on budget, within scope and on brief.
They facilitate “how” things get done at Organic. In partnership with all of Organic's disciplines they craft the solutions to deliver innovative and profitable engagements.
In addition, are the driving force behind a project and everyone's “go-to” person. They are expected to know all of the ins and outs of a project, what happens next, where everyone needs to be and can anticipate what to expect. This particular role managing social activations/campaigns or content development.
Required skills and experience:
5+ years experience as a project manager within a digital and/or advertising agency required
Experience managing social activations/campaigns or content development.
Proficient in MS Project, Excel & Power Point
Experience in developing and managing project plans, budgets, resource plans and statements of work
Client-facing: ability to work with client directly and lead client and internal meetings
Work collaboratively and lead cross-discipline teams of various levels of seniority
Develop tasks lists, status reports & meeting notes
Experience building and launching a website or microsite from requirements through deployment
