The Farm Experience

Being an intern with Organic is more than just real-world experience, it's a way for you to understand the inner workings of an agency and your own mind. Interns leave The Farm program having a deep understanding of customer empathy and how to innovate as a team. Each intern partners closely with a mentor who will guide them through their professional development, as well as a "class project", which they'll partner with their fellow local interns on.

The Farm project is centered on the Organic process and our values.

Oftentimes, The Farm interns go on to extend their internship, return during another session, or even become fulltime Organic employees.
