The Role

The Associate Creative Director is key in creating memorable, results-oriented experiences and advertising for our clients. A skilled writer and storyteller, they should be able to craft compelling copy that’s effective within multiple channels, ranging from brand sites and social channels to long-form videos, online ads, client presentations and more. The Associate Creative Director must be able to adapt their writing to fit the character and tone of different brands and audiences and strive to continually evolve and grow each brand’s presences and personality.

Being an exceptional writer, however, is just the beginning. Granted, they should be tireless and restless in your quest to find the perfect word combinations that ignite a headline or make body copy sizzle. They should also have a knack for crafting scripts that leap off the page and get actors’ pulses moving. But they must also have the ability to think conceptually and visually, while also knowing how to work within existing process to produce excellent CRM and one-to-one content on a regular basis.

The Associate Creative Director must be able to juggle multiple projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to play a role in everything from initial ideation to the final product. The Associate Creative Director pays close attention to latest digital trends, inspires co-workers, plays well with others, and tirelessly produces winning concepts.

You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience
  • Broad experience in both traditional and digital advertising, including video/broadcast, brand development, CRM, and social
  • Have a passion for creating breakthrough work, no matter the channel or medium
  • Have knowledge of social platforms, social landscape, and experience creating work for social campaigns
  • Experience leading shoots--from concept, to casting, to supervising editing sessions in post
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and delegating to junior staff
  • Strong writing skills, both short and long form, as well as script writing
  • Excellent presentation skills that foster and develop existing and new client relationships
  • Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills
