The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the day-to-day manager of the client relationship; a brand champion, an agency facilitator, and a trusted partner to both clients and your team. The team relies on your marketing acumen and acute business logic to steward all elements of the engagement. You will understand the agency portfolio of offerings and how to apply them to solve client business problems.

About You

Client Partner

  • Understands client business and participates in strategic business reviews
  • Builds client relationship trust and effectively facilitates and negotiates for said accounts.
  • Constantly tracks the market and competitor sets
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction and service/product quality.

Great Work

  • Implements strategic initiatives designed to impact client business and drive agency growth.
  • Implements Organic product of suites for engagement growth
  • Implements agency capability and broadens our offering through clients’ growth.
  • Partners with Creative, Strategy, Data, and Delivery to deliver and course correct.
  • Responsible for the delivery of best in class strategies.

Growth

  • Drives organic growth, identifying, and opening new revenue streams.

Building, Leading, Mentoring, Networking

  • Provide leadership and guidance for direct reports.
  • Builds strong working relationships with Creative, Strategy, Data, and Delivery teams.
  • Keeps account leadership apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances which affect
  • Acts as a Role Model by representing, communicating and leading Organic’s overall vision, mission and values

You’ll Need

  • 5+ years’ experience in advertising/digital marketing and 1 year management experience.
  • Experience in the application of multi-channel marketing programs—from brand to performance marketing capabilities
  • Experience writing detail proposals and statements of work to clearly define project scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Possess excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have leadership and mentoring qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills.
